HVAC Maintenance Plans for the Columbia Valley
Our Columbia Valley maintenance plans cover two pieces of equipment, such as a furnace and a heat pump, with a yearly tune-up from our Windermere office, repair discounts and a lifetime warranty on parts we replace while you’re a member. They suit full-time homes and vacation properties in Invermere, Fairmont, Radium and Panorama.

Terms and Conditions
- Region: British Columbia.
- Minimum Commitment: 1-year term.
- No weekend maintenance appointments.
- Automatic Renewal: Renews annually unless cancelled with 30-days’ notice prior to renewal.
- Equipment Coverage: Applies only to equipment listed on the membership (confirmed via email).
- Annual Prepay: Optional one-time annual prepayment = 12×monthly with a 2% discount. Non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, may not be combined with other offers.
- Warranty: Lifetime warranty on replaced parts applies only if replaced by Purcell and membership remains active at time of claim.
- Taxes: Prices exclude applicable taxes.

If your property sits empty for weeks at a time, a yearly tune-up before ski season is the best protection against a failed furnace or heat pump and frozen pipes. Can you service my vacation home while I'm away?
Yes. Many of our Columbia Valley members live elsewhere. We can arrange access through a property manager, neighbour or lockbox, complete the tune-up and send you a short summary of what we found. Tell us your usual visit dates when you sign up.
What's the difference between Silver and Platinum in BC?
Both cover up to two pieces of equipment with a yearly tune-up, a free standard filter and a lifetime warranty on parts we replace. Platinum adds 15% off repairs and parts instead of 10%, and an $800 credit toward a future furnace or AC replacement.
