Terms and Conditions
- Minimum Commitment: 1-year term.
- Non-Refundable if you move: Membership fees are not refunded if you move within the 1-year term.
- Weekend Appointments: Maintenance visits are not available on weekends.
- Automatic Renewal: Renews annually unless cancelled with 30-days’ notice prior to renewal.
- Equipment Coverage: Applies only to the equipment listed on the membership (confirmed via email).
- Scheduling Window: Maintenance is booked during regular business hours (typically March–August).
- Taxes: Prices shown do not include GST.
- Warranty Clause: Lifetime warranty on parts applies only to parts replaced by Purcell while membership is active at time of claim.
- Referral Credit: $25 credit applied once the referred member signs up.
- Annual Prepay: Optional one-time annual prepayment = 12×monthly with a 2% discount. Non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, may not be combined with other offers.
- Upgrade Credits: Silver — $599 toward HVAC furnace/AC change-out; $359 toward on-demand or standard water tank. Platinum — $800 toward HVAC furnace/AC change-out; $599 toward water tank or on-demand.
